Amendment/Waiver Contract Clauses (44)

Amendment/Waiver. No provisions of this letter agreement may be amended, modified, waived or discharged except by a written document signed by you and a duly authorized officer of the Company. The failure of a party to insist upon strict adherence to any term of this letter agreement on any occasion will not be considered a waiver of such party's rights or deprive such party of the right thereafter to insist upon strict adherence to that term or any other term of this letter agreement.

Amendment/Waiver. No waiver, modification, amendment or change of any term of this Agreement shall be effective unless it is in a written agreement signed by both parties. No waiver by the Employer of any breach or threatened breach of this Agreement shall be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach unless it so provides by its terms.

Amendment/Waiver. This Agreement may not be modified without the express written consent of the parties hereto. Any failure by any party to enforce any of its rights and privileges under this Agreement shall not be deemed to constitute waiver of any rights and privileges contained herein.
