Agreement Term. Executive shall be employed hereunder for a term which commences on the Restatement Effective Date and expires on December 31, 2022 ("Agreement Term"). The Agreement Term shall be subject to early termination as set forth herein.

Agreement Term. This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date so long as all contingencies of Executive's offer of employment have been satisfied, and shall continue, unless sooner terminated in accordance with this Agreement, until September 30, 2020 (the "Initial Period"); provided, however, this Agreement will automatically renew for successive one year renewal terms (each a "Renewal Period" and together with the Initial Period, the "Agreement Period")) unless either party notifies the other party in w...riting at least ninety (90) days prior to expiration of the Initial Period or any Renewal Period. During the Agreement Period, Executive's employment may be terminated by the Company with or without Cause, subject to the provisions of Section 6 of this Agreement, and Executive may resign or otherwise terminate her employment with the Company at any time, with or without notice. Agreement Term. The term of this Agreement (the "Agreement Term") shall be the period commencing on the Effective Date and ending on the earlier of April 1, 2022 or the date of termination of Executive's employment with the Company (the "Termination Date").
