The New Purchase Date will be before the date of the Company's proposed Change in Control. The Administrator will notify each Participant in writing, at least ten (10) Trading Days prior to the New Purchase Date (or such other date as may be specified by the Administrator), that the Purchase Date for the Participant's purchase right has been changed to the New Purchase Date and that Shares will be purchased automatically for the Participant on the New Purchase Date, unless the Participant has withdrawn from the Offering Period prior to such date, as provided in Section 14 hereof.
