Notwithstanding any provisions of these Terms and Conditions to the contrary, the PSUs shall be subject to any special terms and conditions for your country of residence (and/or country of employment, if different) set forth in an addendum to these Terms and Conditions (an "Addendum"). Further, if you transfer your residence and/or employment to another country reflected in an Addendum to these Terms and Conditions at the time of transfer, the special terms and conditions for such country will a...pply to you to the extent the Corporation determines, in its sole discretion, that the application of such special terms and conditions is necessary or advisable in order to comply with local law, rules and regulations, or to facilitate the operation and administration of the PSUs and the 2017 Plan (or the Corporation may establish alternative terms and conditions as may be necessary or advisable to accommodate your transfer).
