Acceptance Clause Example from Business Contracts

Acceptance. The Participant hereby acknowledges receipt of a copy of this Agreement. The Participant has read and understand the terms and provision thereof, and accepts the shares of Restricted Stock Units subject to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Participant hereby agrees to accept as binding, conclusive and final all decisions or interpretations of the Administrator upon any questions arising under this Agreement.
