Addendum to Distribution Agreement between simplyME and Zonzia Media, Inc.
This addendum to the distribution agreement between simplyME and Zonzia Media, Inc. extends or sublicenses certain media content from simplyME to Zonzia. The content is provided for use in Zonzia's deal with Sonifi Solutions, Inc. and for cable video-on-demand distribution, under the revenue-sharing terms of the original agreement. The media license is valid for up to two years and is renewable. simplyME confirms it has the rights to license this content. Both parties have agreed to these terms as of July 31, 2015.

The above referenced media license is renewable and provided to Zonzia for up to two years. simplyME warrants that it has the right and license to provide such media and to extend such licensing arrangements and has so witnessed by providing an authorized signature below.
