Extension of Confidential Disclosure Agreement between Jack W. Schuler and Metabolix, Inc.
This letter agreement extends the term of a Confidential Disclosure Agreement between Jack W. Schuler and Metabolix, Inc. for one additional year, now ending on February 6, 2015. Both parties have agreed to the extension by signing the letter. The agreement continues the obligations of confidentiality as originally set out, with no other changes to the terms.
