Summary
This amendment updates the employment agreement between John T. Hanson and WorldPort Communications, Inc. If Mr. Hanson's employment is terminated for any reason other than cause, he will receive a lump sum payment equal to two years of salary ($470,000) and two years of guaranteed bonus ($180,000) on the day of termination. All other terms of the original agreement remain unchanged. The amendment is effective upon acceptance and signature by both parties.
