Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan Benefit Multiplier Schedule for Designated Executives
This document lists specific executives who are entitled to a higher benefit multiplier under the company's Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan. Instead of the standard 1.6% multiplier, certain individuals will receive either a 2.4% or 2.0% multiplier applied to their final average monthly pay when calculating retirement benefits. The named individuals and their respective multipliers are specified, providing them with enhanced retirement benefits compared to the standard plan terms.
