Executive Severance Agreements for Named Executives of the Company
This document lists executives who have entered into severance agreements with the Company. The agreements specify the salary multiplier, termination period, and change of control continuation period for each executive. Depending on the individual, the salary multiplier is either 2 or 3, with corresponding termination and continuation periods of 2 or 3 years (24 or 36 months). These agreements outline the compensation and benefits executives will receive if their employment ends under certain conditions, such as a change of control or termination.
