Executive Severance Agreements for Named Executives of the Company

Summary

This document lists executives who have entered into severance agreements with the Company. The agreements specify the salary multiplier, termination period, and change of control continuation period for each executive. Depending on the individual, the salary multiplier is either 2 or 3, with corresponding termination and continuation periods of 2 or 3 years (24 or 36 months).
