Modification #1 to Employment Agreement Between WidePoint Corporation and Ian Sparling
This agreement modifies the employment terms between WidePoint Corporation and Ian Sparling. Effective August 1, 2022, Ian Sparling's title changes to Chief Operating Officer, International, and CEO of Soft-ex, and his salary increases from €200,000 to €250,000. All other terms of the original employment agreement remain unchanged.
