Letter Agreement Extending Amended Management Agreement Between Ceres Managed Futures LLC and John W. Henry & Company, Inc.
Ceres Managed Futures LLC and John W. Henry & Company, Inc. have agreed to extend the term of their existing management agreements for several commodity pools, including Westport JWH Futures Fund L.P., JWH Master Fund LLC, Tactical Diversified Futures Fund L.P., and Institutional Futures Portfolio L.P. The extension is effective through June 30, 2012, with all other terms of the original agreements remaining unchanged. Both parties have acknowledged and accepted this extension by signing the letter.
