Management Agreement Renewal Letter between Ceres Managed Futures LLC and John W. Henry & Company, Inc. (June 2012)
Ceres Managed Futures LLC and John W. Henry & Company, Inc. have agreed to extend the term of their existing management agreements for several commodity pools, including Westport JWH Futures Fund L.P., JWH Master Fund LLC, Tactical Diversified Futures Fund L.P., and Institutional Futures Portfolio L.P., through June 30, 2013. All other terms of the original agreements remain unchanged. The extension is confirmed by both parties signing this letter.
