Management Agreement Renewal Letter between Ceres Managed Futures LLC and Rabar Market Research, Inc. (June 2014)
Ceres Managed Futures LLC and Rabar Market Research, Inc. have agreed to extend the term of their existing management agreements for three commodity pools—Rabar Master Fund L.P., Westport Futures Fund L.P., and Tidewater Futures Fund L.P.—through June 30, 2015. All other terms of the original agreements remain unchanged. The extension is confirmed by signatures from both parties.
