Management Agreement Renewal Extension between Ceres Managed Futures LLC, John W. Henry & Company, Inc., and Rabar Market Research, Inc.
This agreement extends the term of existing management agreements between Ceres Managed Futures LLC, John W. Henry & Company, Inc., and Rabar Market Research, Inc. for the management of three commodity pools: Rabar Master Fund L.P., Westport Futures Fund L.P., and Tidewater Futures Fund L.P. The extension is effective through June 30, 2014, with all other terms of the original agreements remaining unchanged. The parties confirm the extension by signing and returning the letter.
