Management Agreement Renewal Extension between Ceres Managed Futures LLC and Rabar Market Research, Inc.
Ceres Managed Futures LLC and Rabar Market Research, Inc. have agreed to extend the term of their existing management agreements for the Rabar Master Fund L.P. and Westport Futures Fund L.P. through June 30, 2016. All other terms and conditions of the original agreements remain unchanged. The extension is confirmed by both parties signing this letter.
