Schedule of Change-in-Control Agreements with Executive Officers

This document lists executive officers who have entered into change-in-control agreements with the company. The agreements are substantially identical to those previously filed as Exhibits 10.16 and 10.17. The listed executives are Joseph E. Abbott, Michael A. Anderson, Steven A. Ellers, William J. Federici, John R. Gailey III, Robert S. Hargesheimer, and Richard D. Luzzi. The agreements outline terms and protections for these executives in the event of a change in company control.
