Nominee Director Fee Agreement between Koji Miura and Wave Life Sciences Pte Ltd
This agreement is between Koji Miura and Wave Life Sciences Pte Ltd, appointing Mr. Miura as a nominee director for the company. Wave Life Sciences will pay an annual fee of S$3,000, billed monthly at S$250 per month as requested. The fee is payable upon billing, and either party may request the director's resignation in writing. Fees are due until the month of resignation. The agreement is confirmed by signature and return of the letter.
