Summary
Wareforce Incorporated and Orie Rechtman have agreed to amend their existing Executive Employment Agreement, originally dated June 1, 1998. This addendum changes the term in Section 1 of the agreement from six months to four months. The amendment was signed on November 28, 2000, by both parties. All other terms of the original agreement remain unchanged.
