This addendum modifies the original employment agreement between Wareforce Incorporated and Orie Rechtman, dated June 1, 1998. The amendment changes the term in Section 1 from six months to four months. Both parties agreed to this change on November 28, 2000. All other terms of the original agreement remain unchanged.
