Confirmation and Renewal of Principal Underwriting Agreements between ING Life Insurance and Annuity Company and ING Financial Advisers, LLC
This letter confirms the renewal of the Principal Underwriting Agreements between ING Life Insurance and Annuity Company (on behalf of its general and various separate accounts) and ING Financial Advisers, LLC. The agreements, originally effective November 17, 2000, are renewed through November 17, 2006, as permitted by their terms. Both parties acknowledge and agree to the renewal, ensuring continued underwriting services for the specified accounts.
