Termination Extension Agreement for License and Commercialization Agreement between VIVUS, Inc. and Auxilium Pharmaceuticals, LLC
VIVUS, Inc. and Auxilium Pharmaceuticals, LLC (an Endo International company) have agreed to extend the termination date of their License and Commercialization Agreement, originally dated October 10, 2013. The new termination date is set for September 30, 2016. This agreement confirms the extension and is signed by authorized representatives of both parties.
