Extension of Termination Date for License and Commercialization Agreement between Vivus, Inc. and Auxilium Pharmaceuticals, Inc.
Vivus, Inc. and Auxilium Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (an Endo International company) have agreed to extend the termination date of their License and Commercialization Agreement, originally dated October 10, 2013. The new termination date is now set for August 31, 2016. This extension is confirmed in writing and accepted by both parties.
