Subscription Agreement for Private Units between Viveon Health LLC and Viveon Health Acquisition Corp.
Viveon Health LLC agrees to purchase 3,593,750 shares of common stock from Viveon Health Acquisition Corp. for $25,000. The agreement requires Viveon Health LLC to pay the specified amount and accept the shares under the terms of the Company’s Certificate of Incorporation. The shares will be registered in the name and address provided by Viveon Health LLC. Both parties have signed and dated the agreement on August 8, 2020.
