Patent Assignment Agreement between Nathaniel, Ltd. and Stan E. Abrams (April 24, 2002)

Summary

Nathaniel, Ltd. has transferred all rights, title, and interest in certain U.S. Letters Patents to Stan E. Abrams for a nominal sum and other consideration. This agreement gives Stan E. Abrams full ownership and control of the patents listed in the attached exhibit, including the right to use, assign, or benefit from them for the remainder of their terms. The transfer was executed by Nathaniel, Ltd. and acknowledged before a notary public on April 24, 2002.
