Amendment Letter to Service Agreement Between Virgin Media Limited and Andrew Barron Dated April 1, 2011
Virgin Media Limited has issued an amendment letter to Andrew Barron, increasing his annual salary from £400,000 to £430,000 effective April 1, 2011, following a Compensation Committee review. All other terms and conditions of his employment remain unchanged. Andrew Barron is required to sign and return a copy of the letter to confirm his acceptance of the new terms.

Pursuant to the Compensation Committee meeting in March, the committee agreed to increase your salary from £400,000.00 to £430,000.00 per annum, with effect from 1st April 2011.
This decision was made in view of your continued good performance, and following a market review of your role.
Please note that all other Terms and Conditions remain unchanged.
