Amendment to Employment Agreement between Vince, LLC and Amy Levy (March 2023)
This letter agreement updates the employment terms for Amy Levy at Vince, LLC, effective March 13, 2023, increasing her annual base salary to $525,000. All other terms of her original Employment Agreement dated January 17, 2023, remain unchanged, including the at-will employment status. If there is any conflict between this letter and the original agreement, the terms of this letter will apply. The agreement is signed by Amy Levy and representatives of Vince, LLC.

Base Compensation
Effective, March 13, 2023, your annual base salary shall be $525,000.
All other terms of your employment shall remain the same pursuant to the Employment Agreement dated January 17, 2023 including the at-will nature of your employment. In the event of inconsistency between the terms of this letter and the Employment Agreement, the terms of this letter shall govern.
