Amendment to Vaxart, Inc. Severance Benefit Plan (May 2023)
This amendment updates the Vaxart, Inc. Severance Benefit Plan, effective May 2, 2023. It changes Appendix A to specify that Senior Vice Presidents and above are entitled to a severance period of 6 months for non-change in control (Non-CiC) situations and 12 months for change in control (CiC) situations. All other terms of the plan remain unchanged. The amendment is executed by the company's President and CEO.

The Vaxart, Inc. Severance Benefit Plan (the “Plan”) is hereby amended, effective as of May 2, 2023, as follows:
