Nabi Biopharmaceuticals Executive Officers Base Salary Approval (May 2006)
Nabi Biopharmaceuticals' Compensation Committee approved new base salary levels for its executive officers as of May 2006. The officers and their respective salaries are: Thomas H. McLain ($475,000), Henrik S. Rasmussen, M.D., Ph.D. ($306,000), Raafat E.F. Fahim, Ph.D. ($306,000), and Joseph Johnson ($260,000). These salary levels were set in accordance with the terms of their employment agreements.
