Summary

This form allows employees of Valero Energy Corporation to choose how their deferred compensation will be allocated among various investment fund options starting January 1, 2010. Employees must specify the percentage of their deferred salary and/or bonuses to be allocated to each fund, in increments of 5%, totaling 100%. The selected investment elections will remain in effect until the employee submits a new directive to change them.
