Share Surrender Agreement between Vahanna LLC and Vahanna Tech Edge Acquisition I Corp.
Vahanna LLC has agreed to irrevocably surrender 1,437,500 fully paid Class B ordinary shares to Vahanna Tech Edge Acquisition I Corp. for no payment. This action is taken under the relevant sections of the BVI Business Companies Act. The agreement is effective as of October 28, 2021, and confirms that the shares are fully paid and will be returned to the company without compensation.

Pursuant to sections 59(1A) and 59(1B)

BVI Business Companies Act (as amended)
Vahanna LLC (the “Surrendering Member”) does hereby irrevocably surrender to the Company 1,437,500 Class B ordinary shares (the “Shares”) registered in the name of the Surrendering Member in the register of members of the Company for no consideration.
The Surrendering Member further confirms that the Shares are fully paid up shares of the Company.
