Amendment to Software License Agreement between Upstream Worldwide, Inc. and Fort Knox Recycling, LLC
Upstream Worldwide, Inc. and Fort Knox Recycling, LLC have agreed to amend their existing Software License Agreement. The amendment extends the license term from 12 months to 10 years, while all other terms of the original agreement remain unchanged. Both parties have signed to confirm their acceptance of this new term.

This letter agreement amends our Software License Agreement dated July 7, 2012 (the “License Agreement”) by increasing the term from 12 months to 10 years. All other terms and conditions of the License Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
