Summary
This document outlines additional compensation benefits provided by the Company to key executives. These benefits include company-paid financial counseling services, such as compensation, investment, and tax planning, as well as tax return preparation and cash flow management, available through the year of retirement. The Company also pays a tax gross-up equal to 47% of the cost of these services. Certain executives receive company automobiles, and some management employees are provided with club memberships.

Such services include executive compensation planning, investment planning, income tax planning and return preparation, and cash flow and debt management. The Company provides a tax gross-up payment equal to 47 percent of the cost of the services provided. Certain key executive officers have the use of company automobiles. The Company provides club memberships for certain management employees.
