Advisory Agreement Renewal between Universal Health Realty Income Trust and UHS of Delaware, Inc.
Universal Health Realty Income Trust (UHT) is offering to renew its Advisory Agreement with UHS of Delaware, Inc. under the same terms and conditions as the previous agreement. The renewal will extend the agreement through December 31, 2011. UHS of Delaware, Inc. must accept the renewal by signing and returning the letter. This agreement outlines the continued advisory relationship between the two parties for the specified period.

The Board of Trustees of Universal Health Realty Income Trust (“UHT”), at their December 2, 2010 meeting, authorized the renewal of the current Advisory Agreement between UHT and UHS of Delaware, Inc. (“Agreement”) upon the same terms and conditions.
