Summary
This document outlines the Company's Performance Bonus Plan for salaried employees. To be eligible, employees must be salaried and employed at the start of the calendar year, and those in other incentive programs may be excluded. Bonuses are calculated based on a participant's assigned percentage of a bonus pool, which is determined by business unit performance and individual contributions. The total bonus cannot exceed 1.75 times the participant's base salary. The plan details how the bonus pool and individual percentages are determined and distributed.
