Amendment to Letter Agreement between Enbridge Pipelines Inc., Enbridge Energy Limited Partnership, United Refining Company, and Kiantone Pipeline Corporation
This amendment updates a previous agreement between Enbridge Pipelines Inc., Enbridge Energy Limited Partnership, United Refining Company, and Kiantone Pipeline Corporation. The main change is to extend a deadline in Section C.1 of the original Letter Agreement from March 13, 2015, to March 27, 2015. All other terms remain unchanged. The amendment is effective upon signature by all parties.
