Share Acquisition Agreement between Tre Kronor Media AB and In Sight AS (June 2, 2010)
Tre Kronor Media AB (Bark Stockholm) and In Sight AS have agreed that Bark Stockholm will purchase 30% of In Sight AS's shares for a total of 4 million Norwegian Kroner, with payments scheduled throughout 2010. Once payment is complete, Bark Stockholm will receive the share certificates and be registered as a 30% owner. Bark Stockholm will also appoint a representative to In Sight AS's board. Additionally, In Sight AS will manage Norwegian activities for international clients referred by Bark Stockholm.
