Unisys Executive Supplemental Benefits Program Summary for Elected Officers
Unisys provides elected officers with supplemental benefits, including an annual company-paid physical exam, eligibility for a death benefit program (subject to certain conditions), reimbursement for financial counseling and tax preparation services up to specified annual limits, and coverage for spousal travel expenses when required. These benefits are subject to plan terms, may be treated as taxable income, and can be changed or terminated by Unisys at any time. The official plan documents govern all rights and obligations.
