Surety Rider No. 1 to Self-Insurer's Surety Bond between Labor Ready, Inc. and Fidelity and Deposit Company of Maryland
This agreement is a rider to a self-insurer's surety bond originally issued by Labor Ready Southwest, Inc. and Fidelity and Deposit Company of Maryland in favor of the State of Nevada. The rider changes the principal's name to Labor Ready, Inc. and reduces the bond amount from $151,000 to $149,000. All other terms of the original bond remain unchanged. The rider is effective as of February 16, 2001, and is signed by representatives of the principal, surety, and the State of Nevada.
