Consulting Agreement between Michael A. Ribero and Tropicana Las Vegas, Inc.
This agreement outlines the consulting arrangement between Michael A. Ribero and Tropicana Las Vegas, Inc. (TLV). Mr. Ribero will serve as a Strategic Advisor, providing consulting services for TLV’s marketing initiatives from September 1 to December 31, 2011. He will be paid $12,500 per month, with possible performance bonuses at TLV’s discretion, and will be reimbursed for reasonable business expenses. The work will be based in Palo Alto, CA, with travel as needed.
