Summary of Trustee Compensation for Tremont Mortgage Trust
This document outlines the current compensation structure for Trustees of Tremont Mortgage Trust. Independent Trustees receive an annual retainer of $20,000 and meeting fees of $500 per meeting, with a daily cap of $1,000. Additional annual fees are provided to the chairs of the Audit ($7,500), Compensation ($5,000), and Nominating and Governance ($5,000) Committees. Trustees may also receive share grants as determined by the Compensation Committee. The Board or its Compensation Committee may modify these terms at any time.
