TravelCenters of America LLC Director Compensation Plan
This document outlines the compensation plan for directors of TravelCenters of America LLC. Independent directors receive an annual retainer of $30,000, meeting fees of $750 per day (up to $1,500 per day for multiple meetings), and an annual grant of 7,500 shares.
