(OTC Bulletin Board "AGVS.OB") www.ndca.com announces it entered into an agreement to sell its building for $1.6 million, located at 3101 Latrobe Drive, Charlotte, NC. The sale is should be completed and closed in March 2001, subject to satisfaction of certain conditions in the sales agreement. The sale should generate a gain of approximately $600,000. Proceeds from the sale will be used to pay existing debt on the building secured by the building as well as other Company obligations.
