Toreador Resources Corporation has increased the annual base salaries of two executives, effective May 1, 2007. Michael FitzGerald, Executive Vice President of Exploration and Operations, will receive a new annual base salary of $280,000. Edward Ramirez, Senior Vice President of Exploration and Production, will receive a new annual base salary of $230,000. This notice formalizes the salary adjustments for these officers.

Effective May 1, 2007, Toreador Resources Corporation increased the annual base salary of Michael FitzGerald – Executive Vice President – Exploration and Operations to $280,000 and the annual base salary of Edward Ramirez – Senior Vice President – Exploration and Production to $230,000.
