Summary

This document outlines the annual compensation for non-management directors of TMOK. Regular board members receive an $80,000 cash retainer, with additional cash retainers for committee chairs ranging from $10,000 to $20,000. The Chairman of the Board receives $250,000 in annual cash compensation instead of the standard retainer.
