This agreement is between Mosaic Crop Nutrition, LLC (the seller) and Cargill S.A.C.I. (the buyer) for the supply of DAP and MAP/S-15 fertilizers to Argentina. The contract covers an estimated 69,000 metric tons to be delivered between June 1, 2007, and May 31, 2008. Pricing will be based on the market rate at the time of sale, and payment is due by wire transfer upon receipt of documents. Mosaic's standard terms and conditions apply.
