Summary
Environmental Strategies and Technologies International Inc. and SMC Environmental Group Inc. have mutually agreed to end all business relations. This agreement terminates all previous agreements, plans, and discussions, whether written or oral, between the two companies. Both parties confirm that no further obligations exist between them as of the date of this notice.
