Notice of Termination of Share Purchase Agreement by Synthesis Energy Systems, Inc. to China Energy Industry Holding Group Co., Limited and Zhongjixuan Investment Management Company Ltd.
Synthesis Energy Systems, Inc. has formally notified China Energy Industry Holding Group Co., Limited and Zhongjixuan Investment Management Company Ltd. that their Share Purchase Agreement, originally signed on March 31, 2011 and amended twice, is terminated as per the terms of the agreement. This notice, dated June 10, 2013, confirms the end of the agreement in accordance with a specific termination clause, and no further obligations under the agreement will continue.

We refer to the Share Purchase Agreement dated March 31, 2011 among Synthesis Energy Systems, Inc., China Energy Industry Holding Group Co., Limited and Zhongjixuan Investment Management Company Ltd., as amended on dated August 16, 2011 and December 30, 2011 (the “Agreement”), and hereby give you notice that the Agreement is terminated in accordance with clause 8.2.4 thereof.
