Scope of Work Agreement for Cleanroom Offboarding between Synlogic and Azzur Cleanrooms on Demand (Waltham)
This agreement is between Synlogic and Azzur Cleanrooms on Demand (Waltham) for the offboarding of Synlogic's clinical operations from a cleanroom facility. The contract outlines the scope of work, project cost estimates, and requires both parties' approval. A purchase order for the agreed amount is needed to finalize the contract. The agreement is executed by authorized representatives from both companies as of May 3, 2024.
