Extension Letter Agreement to Executive Employment Agreement between Trimeris, Inc. and Andrew L. Graham

Trimeris, Inc. and Andrew L. Graham have agreed to extend the term of Mr. Graham's Executive Employment Agreement. The new expiration date for the agreement is December 31, 2008. Both parties have signed the extension, confirming their acceptance of the new term. No other terms of the original employment agreement are changed by this extension.
